There are three TruCheck™ barcode verifier models to choose from - The 101, 201, and 401 series. The TruCheck 101 series barcode verifier verifies all of the major linear symbologies. The TruCheck 201 series verifier verifies all of the major linear symbologies and 2D symbologies such as PDF417 and MircroPDF417. The TruCheck 401 series barcode verifier verifies all Data Matrix barcodes as well as all linear and 2D (PDF417 and Code 39) barcodes.
TruCheck is the first and only verifier to provide automatic 10 scan ANSI grading. Simply place your bar code sample on the platform and touch one button. The laser moves over the entire bar code from top-to-bottom - providing 10 scan ANSI grading. A report is then generated instantly - providing the operator the diagnostic information. The report includes all 9 ANSI parameters and the Scan Reflectance Profile.
For printers who want to verify linear bar codes, the TruCheck Model 101 Barcode Verifier is the correct choice. Symbologies such as UPC's are the most common linear symbologies. UPC's are used on a majority of the products that are purchased in stores.
For printers who want to verify 2D bar codes, the TruCheck Model 201 Barcode Verifier is the correct choice. 2D symbologies, such as PDF417 are used in a variety of applications including General Motors shipping labels. TruCheck has been recognized by GM for meeting the GM 1724 Global Shipping Label Requirements.
TruCheck Model 401 Barcode Verifier conforms to MIL-STD 130M and meets system grading requirements according to all of the following specifications: ISO 16022, ISO 15415, or AIQG AS9132. TruCheck works on labels, nameplates, and direct parts marks. It is the only system to meet all the specifications.
TruCheck is calibrated with standards that are NIST traceable. . Optionally, it can also be used for linear and 2D (PDF417 and Code 39) verification with the addition of the TruSweep laser scanning head.
